# Motionly Product Brief

## Product

Motionly is a performance-first, AI-assisted, standalone motion-first visual builder for WordPress. Native page building and advanced motion design belong to one visual workflow.

Motionly is not dependent on Elementor, Bricks, Avada, or another third-party builder for its core workflow. Optional ecosystem integrations may be added without becoming prerequisites.

## Status

Motionly is in active development and is coming soon. The scheduled launch target is December 15, 2026 at 15:00 Europe/Istanbul. The product interfaces on gomotionly.com show the experience being built; they do not claim current public availability.

## Team

Motionly is built in Türkiye by an independent three-person team. Founder and Product Lead S. Burak Ozen brings experience across enterprise software, business analysis, databases, full-stack development, and digital growth since 2006.

## Intended users

- WordPress designers and site builders
- Agencies maintaining customer websites
- Developers creating reusable motion systems and integrations
- AI coding agents working with structured site content

## Product capabilities

### Visual Motion Builder

Build page structure, select real elements, configure motion, and preview the result in one visual environment.

### Advanced motion vocabulary

Scroll-driven animation, timelines, triggers, scrub, pinning, parallax, stagger, masks, reveals, fades, slides, scale, rotation, and text/image/element/section motion.

### Responsive motion

Desktop, Tablet, Mobile, and reduced-motion profiles can inherit, override, simplify, substitute, or disable behavior.

### Timeline and reusable presets

Layer motion sequences on a visual timeline and turn them into editable reusable systems instead of opaque effects.

### AI Motion Assistant powered by Claude

Describe motion intent and receive a structured proposal. The planned control flow is **Proposal → Diff → Preview → Approve**. Claude proposes; Motionly validates; the author decides.

### Performance Guard

Surface costly motion choices, encourage compositor-safe behavior, validate responsive configurations, and check reduced-motion coverage during authoring.

### Structured API and MCP direction

Planned API and MCP operations will allow developers and agents to inspect, explain, validate, propose, and preview changes through Motionly’s bounded document model.

## Engineering principles

- Essential content remains semantic and available without animation.
- Motion is progressive enhancement.
- Runtime dependencies are local and version-pinned.
- Imported and AI-generated data is validated and cannot contain arbitrary executable code.
- Responsive and reduced-motion behavior is part of the authored system.
- Human review remains the final authority for AI proposals.
