Privacy, in plain language.
Motionly is developed by an independent three-person team in Türkiye, led by S. Burak Ozen. We collect only the information needed to operate the early-access list and protect its form.

Information we collect
When you request early access, we collect the email address you submit, the time of your consent, the consent-policy version, and the website source associated with the request. We do not ask the early-access form for your name, company, payment information, or WordPress credentials.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage the Motionly early-access list and send product-development updates, private-preview invitations, and launch information you requested. We do not sell early-access data.
Cloudflare services
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Early-access records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database connected to the production environment. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse and may process browser, device, network, and interaction signals required for that security function. Turnstile does not receive the email field from Motionly as part of its challenge verification.
Cloudflare acts as an infrastructure and security service provider. Its own processing is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.
Retention and deletion
We retain an early-access record while Motionly is in pre-launch and early access, or until you withdraw your consent. You may ask us to remove your record at any time. Where necessary, we may retain a minimal suppression record so that a withdrawn address is not added again unintentionally.
Sharing and international processing
We share information only with service providers needed to host, secure, and operate the website and early-access list, or when required by law. Cloud infrastructure may process data outside your country under the safeguards made available by the relevant provider.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or information about the handling of your early-access record, and you may withdraw consent to product updates. Depending on where you live, additional data-protection rights may apply.
